November and December are our busiest months. We have a large stock of cocktail tables and stools, but when corporate Christmas parties, family gatherings, and end-of-year celebrations all land in the same two-week window, things move fast.

Corporate Christmas Parties

Office Christmas parties are the bread and butter of the hire season. Whether it’s a warehouse party, a rooftop drinks event, or a function room booking, cocktail tables and bar stools are the go-to setup.

A typical office party for 60-80 people works well with:

• 6-8 cocktail tables with covers: $120-$160
• 30-40 bar stools: $150-$200
• Total furniture cost: $270-$360

White covers suit daytime events and lighter venues. Black covers work for evening functions and give things a more polished look. Both options are included in the $20 per table price.

Backyard Christmas Gatherings

Sydney does Christmas outdoors. If you’re hosting family and friends in the backyard, cocktail tables are a better option than dragging dining furniture outside and hoping it doesn’t rain.

For a backyard party of 30-40 people:

• 4 cocktail tables: $80
• 15-20 stools: $75-$100
• Total: $155-$180

The 4-day hire period is perfect over the Christmas break. Pick up or get delivery on the 23rd, use them on the 24th and 25th, and return by the 27th. No rush, no stress.

Bar stools at $5 each are the cheapest seating hire you’ll find in Sydney. Grab 10 for $50 and everyone’s got somewhere to sit.

No Surge Pricing — Ever

Some hire companies bump their prices in December. We don’t. The pricing is the same year-round:

• Cocktail table with cover: $20
• Bar stool or cocktail chair: $5
• Cake plinth: $50

The 4-Day Hire Window Works Over Christmas

Our standard hire period is 4 days, which lines up perfectly with the Christmas break. Most people get delivery on the 23rd or 24th and we collect after Boxing Day. No single-day hire pressure and no penalty for keeping things over the public holidays.
