Office Christmas parties are the bread and butter of the hire season. Whether it’s a warehouse party, a rooftop drinks event, or a function room booking, cocktail tables and bar stools are the go-to setup.
A typical office party for 60-80 people works well with:
White covers suit daytime events and lighter venues. Black covers work for evening functions and give things a more polished look. Both options are included in the $20 per table price.
Sydney does Christmas outdoors. If you’re hosting family and friends in the backyard, cocktail tables are a better option than dragging dining furniture outside and hoping it doesn’t rain.
For a backyard party of 30-40 people:
The 4-day hire period is perfect over the Christmas break. Pick up or get delivery on the 23rd, use them on the 24th and 25th, and return by the 27th. No rush, no stress.
Smaller gatherings still benefit from proper furniture. Even 2-3 cocktail tables turn a lounge room overflow into a proper setup. At $20 a table, it’s cheaper than buying folding tables you’ll use once and store in the garage for years.
