Cocktail Table Hire Prices in Sydney: What Does It Actually Cost?

Pricing is the question we get asked most often. Which makes sense — you are planning an event, you have a budget, and you want to know whether cocktail furniture hire is going to fit into it before you spend twenty minutes filling out an enquiry form.

So here it is: a full, transparent breakdown of what cocktail table hire costs in Sydney.

Our Pricing

Cocktail table with cover (white or black): $20
The cover is included. You are not paying extra for the tablecloth equivalent. Each table comes clean and event-ready.

Cocktail bar stool or chair (black or white): $5
Per stool. No minimum quantity.

White rippled cake plinth: $50
One size. White only. Used for cake displays, floral arrangements, and dessert table centrepieces.

Delivery Pricing

Delivery is a flat rate based on distance from our Kingsgrove, Sydney base. The fee covers labour, setup time, and fuel — no hidden additions.

  • 0 to 10km from Kingsgrove: $100 each way
  • 10 to 20km from Kingsgrove: $150 each way
  • 20 to 30km from Kingsgrove: $200 each way
  • 30 to 40km from Kingsgrove: $250 each way

Each way means there is a delivery fee and a collection fee. For a venue 15km from Kingsgrove, that is $150 + $150 = $300 total for delivery and return.

Pickup from Kingsgrove: Free.

Depending on the size of the order, a delivery discount may apply. We calculate this on the final quotation.

Small birthday party (30 guests):
3 tables ($60) + 10 stools ($50) + 1 plinth ($50) = $160
Delivery within 10km: $200 return. Total: $360.

Medium birthday party (60 guests):
6 tables ($120) + 18 stools ($90) + 1 plinth ($50) = $260
Delivery within 20km: $300 return. Total: $560.

Wedding cocktail hour (100 guests):
10 tables ($200) + 25 stools ($125) + 1 plinth ($50) = $375
Delivery within 15km: $300 return. Total: $675.

Corporate networking night (80 guests):
9 tables ($180) + 20 stools ($100) = $280
Delivery within 20km: $300 return. Total: $580.

No. What you see is what you pay, plus delivery based on distance.

Do prices change for weekends or public holidays?
Our standard pricing applies to weekends. Public holiday surcharges may apply in some cases — we will flag this clearly in your quote.

Is GST included in the prices listed?
All prices are quoted inclusive of GST in your final invoice.

What if my venue is beyond 40km?
Give us a call. We can still often accommodate events beyond the standard delivery zone, particularly for larger orders.
